HD4650 on 250 power supply

I have a

HP DX225
Amd Athlon 64 x2 4800+
DVD drive
1 Sata Drive
250 watt power supply

I want to get a cheap graphics card, the HD6450. Would it be able to run on this power supply?

Better get a HD 5450 or the HD 7750.
Although it says that HD 7750 need more than 350watts but you will be fine.

Although it might run, I wouldn't recommend it. For that system you are probably talking in the region of a 500W psu:

It now runs on a 250W PSU and it draws much less than that; therefore adding a low-power video card can't require a 500W PSU.

Xttony's recommendations make sense.
