What's the best mobo choice (around $150) to run an i5-3570k?

I'll be upgrading my whole PC system for gaming soon, and I've decided on an i5-3570k as the processor. Not knowing a lot about computers, however, I don't know where to start searching for a good and reliable motherboard that will be compatible with the i5. Simply put, I want the best mobo I can get for around $150. Also, while I'm at it, it'd be great if someone could recommend a good set of dual-channel DDR3 RAM (8GB) to go with it all.

asrock extreme4, gigabyte ud5h(?) and biostar tz77xe3 won the sub 160$ mobo competition. as for ram, a low profile corsair vengeance or g.skill ares is usually chosen so that they dont interfere with and HSF of your choice when the time arises.
