my HW monitor is saying my 3570k's min temps are (cores then package)

I'm not doing much got 5-6 internet tabs open and spotify (music streaming) and steam and antivirus and this and that, these temps seem very low (stock cooler) is there an error with my hw monitor or is this ok?
