Adaquete but Quality Silent PSU for this system

I'm looking to buy a new power supply for my system and would like some advice on a good PSU to run.

System Specs

Gigabyte Z77-DS3H
i5 3550k 3.3GHz
Radeon HD 6570
2 x 4Gb Corsair Vengeance LP
2 x System Fans
1 x CD RW/DVD RW Combo Drive
1 x Sata 128Gb
1 x Ext USB 128Gb


According to http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp this system draws 260w at 100% load. So I'd prefer quality and silence over wattage and beef.

Hi, I'm in the UK and I'm looking to spend about £50-£60.

I was hoping to get a Seasonic as they seem to be the Daddy of the market but any good branded PSU company will do (except Corsair, my 1st PSU was from them and was faulty so I lost trust in the brand unfortunately)
