CPu usage high

right now im running with 81% CPU usage and i will like to know how can i lower it without having to close the programs i need.
if i could upgrade my cpu how and what will i need i have a Inspiron 580s - intel i3 540 3.07GHz 4gb of ram

What programs are you running, and what % of the CPU are each using? You can check this via the Windows Task Manager's processes tab.

4 game instances, 4 game bots , and 2 chrome windows at the moment its at 75% usage. if i upgrade the ram will i have less usage?

If thats what you're running then that CPU usage is to be expected.
