CF Flicker on 6870

Hi , I just added a 2nd 6870 to my existing 6870, System boots fine but when I launch a game i get flicker with lines across the screen.I see the game but there's flicker.

1) Does the Bridge have to be in a specific way?
2)I'm on 12.7 but for the love of God can't get 12.7 Cap1 downloaded(Tried a million sites..all direct me to AMD.com but cant get the download started) .Is that the issue?

8gb Vengeance
MSI - 890GX - GM65
1GB Sapphire 6870(Stock Clock)
1GB HIS 6870(Stock Clock)
CM GX650 PSU

Tried Max Payne 3 and F1 2011

Ok that happened to be the bridge.

But Other than Dirt Showdown no other game sales well. Any Idea why ?
