Netgear router log file not working

Forum Wireless Networking : General Discussion Netgear router log file not working

I have a Netgear wnr854t router, log file not working properly. turned on block sites. set up e-mail to mail logs daily. I want to monitor all traffic on my home network not so much block content. I did set one keyword to block and tested it and it showed up in the log but did not e-mail notification to the e-mail. Log is not logging all web sites visited only block ones. I'm running windows 64 bit, cable modem (cox cable), hardwired ethernet 2 desktops, wireless laptop, 2 ipods, 1 smart phone, vonage, roku, and WII. Firmware is up to date. I was thinking of running tomato software but I'm not sure if my router is compatable. Last think are there better routers and/or setups to keep logs of web traffic on a wetwork. At one point a couple years a ago I had the log file working good, but I dont think the e-mail notification was working.

Thanks, and hopefully someone will have some good advice for me. There very little on this subject in internet forums

I am 99.9% sure that the router is not supported by Tomato
