Can this build play it on high? Also for an around 500 dollar build would you say this is good? I know about being good on the PSU's but majority of reviews on newegg and other sites say it's actually good. I'm a noob at this if you haven't noticed haha. Thanks again.

Yes, but it costs more. If you cant get it, atleast get a 560Ti which should only be like $20 above the 560.
