Wireless connection keeps restarting

Hi all. I have a wireless adapter which has been working fine for about 2 years. The other day the signal dropped and then every time it kept trying to reconnect. I currently have a desktop that is connected to the router through the ethernet and another desktop connected through WiFi, so I don't think that it is a network issue. I also bought a different wireless adapter because I thought that it was an issue with the adapter, but still no luck. I've tried turning off Firewall and Windows Wireless Zero Configuration.
