I have an Adaptec AHA-2930CU SCSI card and a Yamaha 8x8x24x CRW8824SZ SCSI burner. The drive burned and read files perfectly fine for a while, then it started acting up, saying 'The disk in drive X is not formatted. Do you wish to format it?'. This occureds on roughly 90%+ of the disks I try. Anyone have any clues about what drivers/settings I need to download/fix?

Sounds like you have changed the packet writing software perhaps upgraded it to a newer version which is incompatible with a previous version. Thats my guess maybe InCD
