Gaming PC - Help with my performance

So I want to turn my machine into more of a gaming system. I dont play WoW anymore, since I don't like paying the monthly subscription and not having people available to help with raids/dungeons and the meaningless grinding is annoying. However, I do have Guild Wars 2 preordered, the witcher 2, battlefield 3, etc. Here are my specs

Motherboard: MSI P55 GD65
Proc: Intel Core i5 750 @ 2.67GHz
Slot 1 and 3 memory: G.Skill F3-10600cl9-2gbnt (2x 2GB)
Slot 2 and 4 memory: G.Skill F3-12800cl7-2gbrm (2x 2GB)
Graphics: ATI Radeon HD 5750

For some reason I cannot play even near the highest settings for these games. Any ideas? I have some other graphics card but not sure how to have two of them work.

Thanks!

Your graphics card is whats holding you back . The 5750 is low end and wont handle the graphic detail of newer games .

If you have about $220 to spend then a radeon 7850 would be an excellent upgrade for playing at 1080p resolution

Any decent cards for the $100-$150 range?
