Will this PSU work for my system?

I'm new to the computer building scene, and I have almost all my parts picked out. I just had a question about a psu. I was looking at a SeaSonic S12II 430B 430W ATX12V V2.3/EPS12V 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply, and I was wondering if it would be enough power for my system, as well as have all the connectors I need (I know nothing about connectors, any insight would be nice. Like SATA connectors, PCIe; etc.) This is my setup so far:

Case: Antec 300 ATX Mid Tower
CPU: i5 3450 3.1GHz Quad Core
Motherboard: ASRock H77M Micro ATX LGA1155
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL
Video Card: XFX Radeon HD 7770 1GB

Yes, that PSU will work just fine.

How many hard drives and optical drives, plus you have to have a key board and mouse any other USB devices. Are you going to add a case fan for the side of the case? Are you going to do any upgrades in the future?

The PSU will work with any reasonable amount of upgrades that don't include adding a second 7770.
