When first using the card, and over clocking, I was hitting 1254ish stable. Now no matter how much GPU Clock Offset is applied, I'm unable to get it to boost past 1215. Is this a driver 'fix' nVidia applied? Using 304.48 atm. Thinking of reverting back to older ones, ( but this one does fix an issue I had with Diablo 3/although I MUST use vsync while playing, no vsync causes HORRIBLE screen tearing/refresh problems )

Anyone having this OC'ing issue with their 680/670?

There are several factors that come into play with Turbo Boost. One is temperature, so if the summer heat is a factor, you won't get boosts as high. The other is the game you are playing, and different games will cause different turbo boost frequencies.

Ambient is ~ 19- 21C, temps are fine. 29 idle, Real Temp maxes it out while BF3'ing @ 63. Even running extreme/performance in 3Dmark 11 gets same 1215 results. Getting a lil' frustrated, OC'ing is my hobby and I feel I'm so limited going with nVidia this time round.
