Do i need a UPS for my PC.

This is my rig:
Intel core2duo E7500 @2.93GHz
ATI/AMD Raedeon HD 7750 1GB GDDR5 Gigabyte OC Edition
Corsair CX 430w
Samsung 500GB HDD 7200rpm
One DVD writer
I play games for 2-3 hrs and sometimes power supply is shutdown. Do i need a UPS?

No, I don't think that'll help unless the shutdown is caused by poor power supply in your house/area.
