Build me the best gaming PC you can get for under $700

I play CS:GO, Guild Wars 2, Dota 2, League of Legends, and an assortment of other games.

I'd like it if I would still manage in a few years and could be upgraded relatively easy without having to swap out everything.

go with intel i5 2500k cpu or intel 3rd generation cpu's+nvidia gpu+asus or gygabyte mobo+8gb ram+1tb 7200rpm hdd+600w psu+mcro atx case.
