Hard drives are universal. They aren't dependent upon the processor brand. However, if you are intending to take a HDD from one machine and put it in another machine, and expect it to boot with the old existing O/S, you will have problems.
I'm not sure what you mean AMD and Intel drives they don't have specific hard drives models. If you're talking about a boot drive with windows most likely is won't boot properly and you'll need to do a fresh install of Windows right away to use it which may require formatting it so back up important data 1st. If you are talking about a data drive there should be no problem or issue just be sure you go into Bios and detect it there then save and exit the Bios and continue normally.
