Hey all. I've been looking for the cheapest prices here in Canada to build my own PC. I stumbled across this:

CASE - Antec 900 (2 years old)
Motherboard - Asus P5E (2years old)
RAM - 8 Gigs (2x4) of Corsair CM2X2048-8500CSD (2 years old)
HD - 500GIG (2 years old)
Video Card - Nvidia Geforce GTX 550 TI (9months old)
CPU - E8400 @ 3.00 GHz (2 years old)
CD/DVD drive (2 years old)

This Rig has been reformatted and cleaned right out. Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit has been installed for your benefit! Runs like New. Reason for selling is that i simply bought a new one.

-It's 2nd hand, and the person is asking $600 for it. Do you think I should keep looking for cheaper parts to build my own?

Hmmm. Thank you. First of all I'm 21 yearsold? Not 13 lol. And I live in Canada, and everything here is more expensive it seems.

Oops, sorry, missed the part about you being in canada. Here's the same build using Canadian merchants. It adds about $45 canadian. You could probably trim that down closer to $600 by getting slightly cheaper items or maybe a little less memory (4GB instead of 8GB).

Ohh, no worries :D. I have it down to three builds (2 from this thread, 1 from another).
Here is the one I found: http://pcpartpicker.com/ca/p/fMgo
Here is the one by songorocosongo (with Canadian prices): http://pcpartpicker.com/ca/p/fP5e
And the one by JKatwyopc above this post.
NOTE: I'm told I can use Ubuntu and an application to get the games to work. This way, I can save on OS.

I have a few questions:
1. Out of the three, which build is "better" for gaming?
2. Out of the three, which build is most "upgradeable" in the future?
3. Out of the three, would I need cooling fans?

-Thank you all for your time. I really appreciate it.
