Hi, I'm building a new system and I'm planning to buy these components. Can you check if it fits and should I use corsair tx650 watts or tx750 watts for this computer.

For Photoshop, step the RAM down to 1600MHz. Invest the cash in a better GPU. A 7850 is perfect.

For light photoshopping, I don't think you would need an i7.
