Also if im missing anything could you points that out? XD And what else would I need, on the lines of cables and cords.
O and Im willing to add about $15 to any of these parts to improve them... but i would like to stay below $750.....

I would aoid the rosewill challenger . It won an award from Tomshardware for being cheap , not for being good

Alternates at $50 would be the Antec ONE

This graphics card
APPHIRE Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB $115
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102967

Is newer , a lot cheaper and performs much the same in DX 11 games

It would also let you drop the power supply to the CX 430 which is only $35

The money you save on the graphics card can be used to upgrade the mb to a model with front USB 3 headers like the Extreme 4 , or ASUS or Gigabyte models .
Probably the Asrock 970 extreme 4 since that can also crossfire two graphics cards

thanks Outlander_04, and leonardp13, but i was wondering if you could recommend a better graphic card then the APPHIRE Radeon HD 7770 or SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6850, thats less then $160, since I do not plan to crossfire, but ill definitely change the case and look into the a new heat sink.
