New Hackintosh Workstation

Hello. I Plan on building a Hackintosh For My Editing. I Do 3D Modeling, Video Editing, Photo Editing, and some occasional Gaming like Team Fortress 2, and Portal 2. I also plan on playing Minecraft on this build. My Budget is 2500$. This includes the Monitor, Keyboard,Mouse,And Speakers. So I am hoping that this community can give me some ideas of what to buy.
