Coolers for a LGA 1155?

Thinking of going for the Hyper Evo 212, very cheap as well as being a excellent cooler. I have a i5 3570k not overclocked but will do in the future so needs that option to. The stock cooler when the CPU is under heavy load is terrible, i was looking at some fanless coolers to, so the list is

Very quiet
Keeps the CPU under 70c under load
Around £50 ($80 USD)
Possible to do overclocking with, up to say 4.5GHZ?

Already put this into the CPU and Heatsinks section but has hardly any traffic.

Noctua D14 is about $80, and it is one of the best air coolers. Beats the H80 and H100. Absolutely massive, but it will get you to 4.7 or 4.8.

Not to sure if the Noctua will fit or not will have to measure.

Ive used the EVO in 2 builds. I got it for $20 each time, for that price you can not beat it. Just my input.

I can get the evo at half the price of the noctua, think the noctua will be better but it is so tall!!
