Whats a matter with your computer if it beeps and red light flaah

Hello,
My computer out of nowhere broke. It was fine last night than this morning went to turn it on and it is beeping 5X and blinking a red light.
What can I do?
It's a rebuilt HP

Do you know which bios type it is (Award, AMI, Phoenix etc.)?

What is the pattern to the beeps (e.g. two short, one long, two short), and is there any pauses between beeps, (e.g. 2 beeps, short pause, 1 beep, short pause, 2 beeps)?
