Pc video card problem

Hello,
i have a Visiontek x1300 video card and when i turn on my pc i can see video but the card messes up my PCI standard Pci to Pci driver and all i get is the crappy on board video no the cards video how can i fic that?
i use Win 7 ultimate 32-bit
4GB RAM
Intel Pentium dual CPU
mother board model MS-7529
