I recently purchased the 1.ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series graphics card. I believe my i have a 375 power supply. I play World of Warcraft and other various games that haven't been able to run on the highest graphics settings due to horrible lag. So I need to know if a better power supply will help with that and if so which would be recommended for a Dell XPS 400?
a c 1410 U Graphics card
a c 716 ) Power supply

No a better power supply will not help with lack of performance. Either the card or the CPU is holding the system back, even both.

This is accurate.

The Power Supply... supplies power **Duh!** to the system but it does not make it faster.

I took a look at the specs of your system. (or rather the lack off)

There is your problem, this system is ancient (in technology years) and I wouldn't spend any money upgrading this system.

Better saving for a new system that can handle your needs.
