Power supply for crossfire asus radeon hd 7770

hi i like to know if my powercool 750watts power supply will be powerful to run 2 asus radeon hd 7770's in crossfire and would like to know a good motherboard to run the 2 gpu's i was thinking to buy the asrock 970 Extreme 4 but i dont understand the specs between diffident motherboards and i live in the uk.

my other specs
cpu - amd fx4170 @ 4.2
ram - Kingston 8GB DDR3 1600MHz HyperX Memory (KHX1600C9D3K2/8G)
hhd - seagate 300gb 7200rpm
mb - asrock 960GM-GS3 FX ( what i got at the mo)
monitor - a old Compaq 7500 15" 85 MHz crt at 1280x1024 ( will be replacing some time soon )

if any one could help me it would be great, i got about £100 for new motherboard

cool thanks for that, i wasn't to sure now i just need to get the motherboard to run crossfire i just not to sure which one to get that will work great/good to run my setup i got
