Need decent built for file transfer. Watching movie in one screen and excel, web browsing ect on other.

Get a Vertex 4 not an Agility 3.
You went overkill on the PSU. Get a 700/750W one if your going to SLI that 6850, otherwise 500W will be more than enough.
