My vote goes to the Gigabyte GV-N670OC-2GD.

The Gigabyte GeForce GTX 670 OC WindForce 3X comes with a higher factory overclock and runs much cooler and much quieter than the EVGA card.

Neither....... neither can compete with the Asus. The cards you listed appear to be reference models. The compare the factory OC'd models.

EVGA SC Boost Clock is 1046 outta the box....stable at 1200 Mhz
EVGA SC gets 3DMark Score of 8691 outta the box and 9443 OC'd
Idle temp is 29C / load temp is 78C
Noise is 37 dBA Idle / 43 dBA under load

http://www.guru3d.com/article/asus-geforce-gtx-670-dire...
Asus TOP Boost Clock is 1137 outta the box .... stable at 1280 Mhz
Asus gets 3DMark Score of 9340 outta the box and 9839 OC'd
Idle temp is 30C / load temp is 72C
Noise is 37 dBA Idle / 38 dBA under load

That makes the Asus 7% faster outta the box than the EVGA SC, 6C cooler and almost 1/4 as loud under load (every 3 dBA is a doubling of sound level). The FTW is slightly faster than the SC, leaving the Asus model w/ just a 5% performance advantage

Based upon these, the Asus TOP is about 3% faster than the Gigabyte OC Windforce. Fan noise under load on the Asus is 25 dBA to the Windforce's 32dBA....that makes the Giga more than 4 times louder but with the noise comes a lower temp of 70C to the Asu' 76.

Have to snipe to catch one of these things on newegg .... they sell out within minutes of posting.....66 of the 74 feedback entries are newegg verified owners. But as these are specially "binned" GPU's, there's going to be a smaller number available.

Note...various manufacturers have had some QA/QC issues withe early batches

The FTW is an overall better card, plus EVGA's customer service is superb :)  Make sure to register your card.
