Router has full speed downloading but not computer

my router has been checked and is receiving 8mb download speed but laptop, pc & xbox are only receiving less than 1mb speed can anyone come up with a solution please

Think I have found answer to my own question - ran CCleaner by Piriform on both computers and proble solved everything is running at 5.88MB - excellent - really should do a spring clean more often
