Quadro and gtx together

Hello,
is it possible to use a quadro and gtx together ? i read lots of stuff but they are pretty old so asking again , is there anybody tried this build ?

quadro 5000 and gtx 680

gtx 680 for vray rt to work at background

software : 3ds max , maya , alias , adobe series

I'm not really sure, you may be better off asking at the Autodesk forums if they have any since I figured there would be plenty of folks that know hardware for the things you want it to do.

I took a quick glance at the official Nvidia page for drivers and they appear to be different, it may cause issues, not sure though.
