I recently had my power supply have some wires on the connectors come loose that had to be electrical taped to get it working again. In light of this, I have been looking to buy a new power supply. Here is my current set up:

Core 2 Duo E8400 @stock speed with a Cool Master Hyper TX2
P5QL-Pro Motherboard
BFG GTS 250 1GB GDDR3 @stock speeds
8GB DDR2 (I think it's DDR2-800-the regular kind, nothing special. It's actually a mix of Lexar and Corsair)
500GB WD average speed HD
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
APEVIA 680W Beast (ATX-AS680W)
Samsung Syncmaster 225cw

In the future, I would like to be able to use the new psu with a new video card such as a radeon 6870, and a new cpu (such as an i3 or i5) and motherboard. The psu that I came across was this one:

For $70 (regular $172), is this a quality power supply? Is it an upgrade from my current one?

Thank you :)
