This will play those games at 60+FPS. But, I suggest you get the 7950 which costs just as much as the 660Ti. And get the 3570K.

Get a 660 ti. It is the same as the 7950 except in some cases. The 7950 has more mature drivers but still gets beaten sometimes. The only reason you would get the 7950 is if you wanted to run at HD+ resolutions. But since you only want 1080p the GTX 660 ti will beat the 7950.

Just check Tom's 660Ti review. The 7950 beats the 660Ti in pretty much every game except BF3 where it loses by a few FPS.

going to stay with the 660 ti but getting the i5 3570k
