No it will barely do 1 of them you will probably need 700 watt or to be safe 750 watt...what I would do

Definitely not, the 6870 uses approximately 158 Watts on its own. Two of them will eat up most of the +12V power, not likely leaving enough for your CPU and other components. At best, you will push your PSU to its absolute limits. You definitely want a better power supply if you really want to do SLI/Crossfire with midrange or high end cards.
