The Plan... your advice?

I am building a new machine for a power hungry user.
Will do video editing, will be running virtual os, wants a ton of ram.
does not game. He is a power users, but not much of a gamer.

He just told me he is interested in some games.

Will run 2 25" monitors

Will get some solid state hard drive and a 1tb hard drive for data
Will also use an antec 750w power supply. Dont really need input on those.
I am jsut a year or so behind on research for cpu's and mobo's
