Amd radeon 7850 2gig vs geforce gtx 560(non ti)

hi my dad just bought 2 computers for both my little brother and me, and i am having a hard time deciding which one is better, i have no intelligence on pcs. the first computer's specs are;
-Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
-Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz(64 bit Quad-Core Processor
Max Turbo Frequency 3.8GHz)
-64 bit Quad-Core Processor
-8GB DDR3 1333
1TB SATA-III 6.0 Gb/s 7200RPM
AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB PCI-e Graphics, 800W

the second computer's specs are;
-Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit

-16GB DDR3 1333
-1TB SATA-III 6.0 Gb/s 7200RPM
-Nvidia Geforce GTX 560 2GB PCI-e Graphics, 88W also.
please help me because i think my dad just bought these because the computers looked alike...and i am gamer that likes to max out the games or very high..thank you> and keep in mind that they are both cyberpower models>

16gb of memory won't make much of a difference at all if any. The average user only uses about 5gb. Yes, The 7850 is definately a better card and that is what will matter in games.

thanks guys i really appreciate your help and opinion. i will take the hd 7850. although i am more a fan of gtx series :p  anyway thanks i will go with your choice.

but one quick question, if i wanted to upgrade my graphics card and memory ram size could i? like upgrade from 7850 to gtx 600 series?
