i need help with my first build i want it to play minecraft while recording and dirt 3 and other games but i wont be playing nothing like mw3 my budget is $500 but i have a 500 GB hitachi and i also have windows 7 ultimate that one of my dad's friend gave me

For your purposes, I'd suggest this edit:
*Remove the Pentium CPU
*Remove HDD
*Add an Core i3 or i5. I'd suggest an i5 since you'll be playing DiRT and recording. The native quadcore can help encode and play smoothly. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115089

the 518$ build is good for you, it can upgraded a lot when you have more money, you can get a 2500K/3570k and overclock them, look at the difference between the G850 and the 2500k---> http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/288?vs=404 amazing, isnt it? that's how much you can upgrade that PC, and if you change the PSU for a quality 650w one you can even add a second GTX560ti to double your frame-rate in games.
