Switching serial number sticker to avoid rma

I recently bought a evga 560ti that has crashing issue from neweggs, so for testing if it is the card's problem I went get another exact same card from micro center. The one from micro center works great, so now Im sure that the old one is no good and need to rma. Since I heard the rma process takes a while and I can't stand without a pc for up to a month, I came up with an idea, I can switch the serial number sticker on both card and then return the bad one to micro center. Please don't judge me, this is not my responsibility for their quality issue, and the returning card will eventually go to evga wear house. I just don't wanna wait the long time. However, the other thing I concern about is if they would void my warranty even it came with the original serial number that match my registered purchase, because there is another bar code sticker on ther card. How do they verify the rma card?
