Hi,

I'm having strange FPS drops on Blacklight: Retribution. I have everything maxed out (as I would like to play it). But when I look some ways, it gives me drops to 20fps, but when I look the other way, it shoots up to 180fps. Very strange.

I run 2x GTX 680 4GB's on a i7-3770k, so that shouldn't be the problem

Is it some kind of bugged setting which I didnt find yet?

Don't...

I have the same issue except my specs are not as good but still it's strange when my fps drops from 60 to 30. I've seen people run this game just fine on gaming laptops so i'm not really sure why it's doing this.I just want to know if this is something that's common or not.

in heavy rendering areas like if there are explosions that might happen, but with 2 gtx 680's it shouldn't happen unless you are gaming at extremely high resolutions

I have a 580 and phenom 2 clocked at 3.2 and my fps will be fine until I start moving around or looking at different areas.I tried turning some of the settings down but it did nothing. My resolution is at 720p.

I game at 1920x1080, with all settings maxed out.. But even when I turn it lower, the same problem occurs. I think there is a bug, which somehow lets my GPU's think they have to render the full map at once, instead of the things I actually see. Because when I look towards the end of the map (less to show) it has up to 180 FPS, but if I watch from the same point, towards the map, it drops to <20 FPS.

I hope this bug gets fixed soon.. so I can actually play the game.. Impossible now :s
