Help with major AMD 6870 problems

Having an issue with my Radeon HD 6870 graphics card. Every now and then and sometimes constantly I get a blue, grey, or black screen when viewing flash videos specifically youtube. Every once and a while on other sites or just randomly. Not normally with hard drive videos. Is it a driver's issues or a problem with the card itself? I got it from newegg.com

It may not be anything to do with the GPU hardware. Does it happen while gaming? First try cleaning your system of registry errors and other resource wasting crap with CCleaner. Do the Clean and Registry both.
