ASUS 7850 - URGENT!

Oh no!
After literally TWO MONTHS of negotiations with the parental units, I finally got the go-ahead to buy all the parts for a desktop that will replace a 7 year-old IGP laptop. I had everything worked out... EVERYTHING. I needed a quiet gaming PC, but one that could take overclocking. Thus, the ASUS DirectCUII 7850... it was PERFECT. The price, the noise level, the performance, the voltage headroom... and it's out of stock EVERYWHERE (unless I pay an extra $45)...I... I can't talk about it right now....
Anyway, does anyone know any alternatives? The only other one I was really considering was MSI Twin Frozr II, but... I mean, the ASUS was PERFECT! I need it to be quiet BUT have room for overclocking.

Look at the Asus GTX670-DC2T-2GD5. Great alternative, greater performance, and it may cost a little more but it's at least in stock and worthwhile in the long run because the 600 series of nvidia just came out. IMHO.

I'd throw one in for the msi power edition, msi's cards are really powerful and the best with overclocking that I've seen.

I'm going for quiet/silence here, and the PE looks VERY quiet (like from here: http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/MSI/HD_7850_Power_Edition/27.html )
