HD 7850 2GB
12 GB RAM Corsair
i5-3570K
AS Rock LGA1155 Z77 EXTREME4
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus
1 TB HD
DVDRW drive

I plan to OC the i5 to a 4.3 ghz, maybe the gpu too.

So what PSU should I get/What parts should I change and what Case should I get?
No real budget.

For a system using a single reference design Radeon HD 7850 graphics card AMD specifies a minimum of a 500 Watt or greater power supply. The power supply should also have a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 27 Amps or greater and have at least one 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector. Some of the non-reference design Radeon HD 7850 graphics cards require at least two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

For a system using two reference design Radeon HD 7850 graphics cards in 2-way CrossFireX mode AMD specifies a minimum of an 600 Watt or greater power supply. The power supply should also have a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 39 Amps or greater and have at least two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors. Some of the non-reference design Radeon HD 7850 graphics cards require at least two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors for each graphics card so the power supply should have at least four 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Sufficient Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) rated at 45°C - 50°C ambient temperature, is the most critical factor.

You may find power supplies on the market that supply more than enough Wattage to run the system. However, some of them lack Sufficient Amperage capacity on the critical +12 Volt rail, which is necessary to properly power the critical components in the system (i.e. CPU and GPUs). This is the reason why graphics card manufacturers may overstate the power supply wattage, usually by at least 50 Watts, in an attempt to take into account some of those power supplies that have the weaker +12 Volt rail(s).

What's the brand and model number of your Radeon HD 7850 graphics card?

I was thinking Gigabyte or Visiontek

All four of GIGABYTE's and both of VisionTek's Radeon HD 7850 cards use only one 75W 6-pin PCI Express connector.

Overclocking the Radeon HD 7850 usually only results in a less than 4 Watt increase in power consumption which is essentially negligible.

Overclocking an Intel Core i5-3570K processor to 4.3 GHz won't exceed the power draw of an Intel Core i7-920 3.2GHz processor system used by graphics card manufacturers to derive their system power supply recommendation.

The Rosewill Capstone Series 450W ( CAPSTONE-450 / CAPSTONE-450-M ), with its maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 37 Amps and with two (6+2)-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors, is way more than sufficient to power your system configuration with a single Radeon HD 7850 graphics card.

The modular version costs $10 more than the fully hardwired version.
