Freezing

Hello,
My computer keeps freezing up when online. Could going back to XP from windows 8 help?

Freezing problems on Windows 8 (where it does not recover) is normally always due to memory problems. Windows 8 is much more critical of the memory than Windows XP so a system that freezes under Windows 8 can behave without any noticeable problem under Windows XP. Also Vista and Windows 7 is also much more critical of memory than Windows XP so you will likely have the same problem with them.
