What is the bottle Neck for GPU & CPU?

One or the other is holding the other one back from running at full potential. Usually referring to CPU's that are not powerful enough to keep up with powerful GPU's in gaming. Therefore limiting the fps.

Yep as Rolli just said,Think of 2 lanes of traffic.Now when one lane ends the cars in the other lane have to squeeze in and go slower (This being your bottleneck) but say those lanes keep going and maybey become a 3 lane highway then you have alot of room for more cars and no bottleneck (More gpu power) so your Cpu being the road and the cars being the gpu..
