CPU running to hot?!

Maximum compatible CPU wattage: 70W TDP

2400 TDP = 95W.

Your idle temps are not a problem themselves, but they probably reflect an inability to fully dissipate your CPU's max power. (The second fan isn't going to close the gap)

I recommend a TX3 (if you don't want to install a back plate)

You really didn't answer a damn thing for me... Is it running to hot?

Really?

I was saying that your temps are not too hot when you are idling. (ie "your idle temps are not a problem themselves.")

So great news! If all you ever do is idle (surf the web), your CPU will not overheat.

If that's your only concern, you have your answer, and you have no need to read any further.

However, if you intend to run your CPU under load, your temps will probably go higher.

If you care about how high they will go, load testing is the best way to find out.

The fact that you are using a 70w cooling solution on a 95w CPU doesn't bode well for your load temps.
