Hey, I am building a computer. These are my parts I have chosen:

Computer purpose and budget?At first glance all I see are an expensive PSU and Case that could go into a better GPU/CPU.

All components are compatible.

Computer purpose is gaming and multimedia. No video editing. Budget is $1700.

if your going to use this pc as a gaming machine and toss in a few high end gpu the power supply you switched to has 4 12v rails. each one has a max of 20a. depending how the rails are set up it may be fine. but if the video pci power is on one rail only then a lot of the high end cards are going to pull more power then one of the 12v rails. the other ps you had for a few $$ more was a one rail system at 62 amps. should be able to handle the largest gpu without any issues.

Can you recommend a PSU for my build? I'm thinking 750W is overkill, but not 100% sure.

yes, i think it's overkill,, 650W or even 550W would be sufficient
