Im going to be getting a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO for a Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor can I just use the stock fan?

If you want to overclock that CPU you should get the 212 EVO. If not, stock will be sufficient.

Just a tip, you can get the 35570k stable at 4.2Ghz without altering stock voltage on the 212 EVO quite easily. I'm getting around 55c at full load (though it will be different for you).

You indeed do need it stock heatsink is no good for overclocking especially on ivy bridge i would say it's safe to assume you plan to oc if your not planing on overclocking it makes no sense getting i5-3570K your paying $20.00 extra for a cpu + the aftermarket cpu cooler cost on a cpu you wouldn't even oc not wise imo but to each their own anyway hope this helps
