  1. How much is the 570?
    Get 8GB RAM.
  2. Everything looks decent except that motherboard will not support your CPU. Yours is socket 775, that motherboard is socket 1155. So you have to purchase a new CPU if you want to use that motherboard.

    As obsama1 mentioned, 8GB of ram is more than enough.

    Even BF3 at Ultra won't need more than 8GB. You're buying RAM that you won't use even with gaming and multitasking. Get an i5-3570K, ASRock Extreme 4, 8GB of RAM, and a 7870, if that fits in your budget.
