Depending on which brand of the 7850 you would get as they have mentioned above, I would go with the 560 ti 448 cores instead. Im not a fan boy of either AMD or Nvidia but I have had more luck with Nvidia. and It will run you around 230 US dollars idk what that is in Euros.

Also if you are on a budget, like me and you dont want to go but so far and dont feel comfortable going to far out of your budget then I would get the 7850 and if you were ever to get another and run them in crossfire then you would have 4 GB of vram which will be better when more modern games come out like BF4 or whatever the next triple A title is.

Crossfire doesn't double your vram, the system still recognizes them as 2 separate 2 gig cards, but they are working together and splitting the load in half since each card renders half a screen instead of a full screen like a single card would normally do.

oh i know, sorry i didnt mean like it would read as 4GB, i just mean that when a game becomes more demanding on the gpu it will be better to have 2GB working on top hald of the screen and the other 2GB o nthe bottom so it will help with FPS

thanks for the link.
are there any other motherboards like that which are cheaper because on UK Websites its at least £80 on a reliable website. it's about £65 on really dodgy websites.

oh and also why would i need the ripjaws ram instead?

last thing is that i've heard that AMD drivers are apparently really bad, im a noob to all this sort of stuff so i wanna know if thats a big deal or not.

There will always be the odd driver issue with any card (including Nvidia) but yes AMD was bad back in they day but now I would say are on par with Nvidia. Updates are on a regular basis and havn't had any problems.
