Hansg HG281DJ no signal from hdmi port in windows 7

i bought a hansg HG281DJ i can connect hdmi in windows safe mode but when windows 7 starts normally i dont get any signal at all its fine in VGA and ive tried different hdmi cables can you advise

Go into Safe Mode and reinstall the GPU driver, first use Drive Sweeper to unistall the old driver before you reinstall the latest GPU driver.
