Does the monitor need to be included in the budget?

What games do you plan to play? The reason I ask is that at 1920 x 1080 the A8-3850 may have trouble with newer games (i.e. Skyrim, BF3) even at low settings let alone medium settings. Here is a review Tom's did:http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/amd-a8-3850-llano,2975.html

Are you absolutely set on the A8-3850? Might be able to put together a cpu and discrete graphic card that will fit your budget and perform better.

Im really not set on the amd if i can get better performance. I just chose that for its reviews and not having to buy a graphics card. I mainly play games such as starcraft 2, la noire, and league of legends. on my current laptop only League of legends is playable on lowest setting but thats because it is outdated and can't be upgraded. I do not need the monitor to be in the build. just the tower

With this build you have Quad Core CPU, a full-feature motherboard plus the least GPU you can get to play at 1080p
