After having my wireless network from more than 2 yrs today I just got a message stating "A security key is required to connect to xxxxxxxxxxxxx" Could this be malware msgs as I seem to be able to connect. If not Malware or can I browse my network config to ensure I know the security key... or is there some other way to locate it.

It could be that a neighbor placed a password on your router if it was unsecure this is easy to do, what kind of router do you have I can give you steps on how to reset the router then connect to it and put your own password on it so that they cannot do this in the future. Please give me the model number as well I.E. Netgear WNR2000v3 or linksys wrt 54g it should be on your router.
